Focused on What Matters Most

Holding Offenders Accountable

Jason has prosecuted serious crimes and secured convictions in complex cases. As Prosecutor, he will ensure violent offenders and repeat criminals are held accountable.

Ensuring the justice system works for victims

Jason will ensure victims are heard, supported, and protected every step of the way, using trauma-informed methods.

Restoring Stability

High turnover weakens public safety. Jason will rebuild a professional, consistent team that delivers results.

Strengthening Law Enforcement Partnerships

Public safety depends on collaboration. Jason will work closely with law enforcement to build strong cases from the start.

Not Just Experience — Leadership That Delivers

As Chief Criminal Deputy, he helped modernize the Prosecutor’s Office and improve case management.

At the Washington Association of Prosecuting Attorneys, he trained prosecutors statewide and helped address shortages in rural communities.

Jason Walker doesn’t just understand the courtroom—he understands how to build a system that works.

Why Jason Chose to Serve

Jason’s path to becoming a prosecutor was shaped by real-world experience.

While in college, he witnessed the effects of domestic violence on someone close - an experience that exposed gaps in the system and drove him to protect victims and hold offenders accountable.

That commitment continues to guide his work today.
